Live from Paris Fashion Week
Last week, I had the opportunity to be part of the "Live from Paris Fashion Week" event, hosted by Tech Powered Luxury at the Embassy of Ireland. The showcase, organised by the dynamo that is Ashley Mc Donnell, featured eight talented Irish fashion designers, who each tell a unique story while celebrating on an international stage. They were Roisin Linnane, The Landskein, Tidings, The White Era, Aoife McNamara, Laura Jayne Halton and Colin Burke.
Alongside the fashion showcase, was a live podcast that delved into the intersection of technology and fashion, highlighting how digital innovations are reshaping the industry. The discussions were insightful, with participants sharing their perspectives on sustainability and the future of fashion.
The evening wrapped up with a beautiful and moving acoustic performance by the band Picture This. Overall, the event was a testament to the immense talent within our island.
Thank you to Tech Powered Luxury and the Embassy of Ireland. I really enjoyed meeting buyers, making new friends and having fun, and all in such stunning surrounds.
